TABOO DANCE COMPANY was formed in 2004 by Choreographer Kirsten Wheeler. Currently Taboo has 40 members, aged between 7 and 23 years who train and take class together in Gravesend, Kent. The individual groups that make up Taboo are Essence, Remix, Elysium, Anarchy, Hustle, Damage, Envy and Calibre.
